CAPABILITIES
One partner, from wine brief to finished bottle.
Our Curicó platform supports different wine profiles, volumes, packaging requirements and market positions through one coordinated local team.
01 · DEFINE THE WINE
Sourcing, selection and technical development.

Built around the commercial brief
Every programme begins with the destination market, consumer, channel, target price, expected volume and launch timing. These inputs become a clear sourcing and technical brief.
Our Curicó team identifies the right origin, grape variety, blend and quality level, then prepares samples and adjustments under Paula Bottero’s on-site supervision.
- Bulk-wine and vineyard sourcing routes
- Varietal, blend and quality-level definition
- Bench trials, tasting selection and sample approval
- Volume planning and target-cost alignment
02 · MATURE
Ageing designed around the target profile.

From freshness to structure
Maturation is managed as a product decision. Temperature-controlled stainless-steel storage protects fruit and freshness, while chips, staves, blocks and oak barrels can build texture, aromatic complexity and length.
Ageing route and duration are defined according to wine style, price position, approved sample and launch calendar.
- 8 million litres of stainless-steel storage
- Regular tasting and technical follow-up
- Oak solutions selected to suit the brief
- Final adjustments before bottling approval
03 · BOTTLE & PACK
Two lines. Multiple packaging routes.

Industrial efficiency with premium flexibility
Our high-speed line delivers up to 10,000 bottles per hour for standard formats. A complementary line handles up to 3,000 bottles per hour for heavier premium bottles and selected configurations.
Bottle, closure, capsule, label, carton and pallet pattern are coordinated against one approved specification before production.
- Standard and selected premium bottle formats
- Cork and screwcap configurations
- Dry-material compatibility checks
- In-process and finished-product inspection
04 · CONTROL & DELIVER
Quality followed close to production.

One local team, one approved profile
The approved sample is only the beginning. Paula and the on-site team follow analytical, sensory and packaging controls through preparation, bottling and packing, supported by dedicated French quality expertise.
Finished goods are then prepared for the agreed export flow, with carton configuration, palletisation and documentation aligned to the destination market.
- Batch identification and traceability
- Analytical and sensory checks
- Packaging component and line controls
- Export-ready packing coordination
