LOCAL EXPERTISE · INTERNATIONAL EXECUTION

Chilean roots. International project perspective.

FSP Chile combines an experienced Curicó team, dedicated production infrastructure and the broader market perspective of French Spirit Group.

Built in Curicó. Connected to the world.

FSP Chile was created in 2022 to give French Spirit Group a dedicated operational base in one of the world’s most dynamic wine-producing countries. From our winery in Curicó, we develop, age and bottle Chilean wines for importers, distributors, retailers and brand owners worldwide.

Our role is practical: translate a market opportunity into a clear wine brief, secure the right origin and profile, manage production close to the cellar and deliver a coherent, export-ready finished product.

Why Curicó matters

Curicó sits at the heart of Chile’s Central Valley, within reach of a broad network of vineyards, grape growers and wine suppliers. The Andes to the east, the Pacific influence to the west and Chile’s naturally dry climate support fresh, expressive wines across multiple varieties and quality levels.

Being close to vineyards and production infrastructure means that sourcing, samples, blending decisions, ageing, bottling and packaging can be followed by one local team.

How we work

Market first. Every project begins with the target consumer, channel, price point, volume and launch timing.

One local team. Samples, specifications and production decisions remain coordinated from brief to bottle.

Flexible execution. Existing brands, tailored wine profiles and multiple packaging routes serve different market needs.

Operational scale. 8 million litres of stainless-steel storage, 12 million litres of annual production capacity, two complementary bottling lines and on-site ageing.

Meet Paula Bottero.

FSP CHILE OENOLOGIST

Paula Bottero began her winemaking career at Viña Undurraga in 1996, developing experience across accessible ranges, premium cuvées including the estate’s icon wines, vineyard management and large-scale harvest operations.

Her career later took her to California and to senior technical roles in Chile’s Curicó Valley. Work with export-focused wineries and wine-service projects for the United Kingdom, China and other international markets gave her a practical understanding of how grape variety, ripeness, maturation and finished style must respond to different consumers, channels and price points.

Since joining FSP Chile in 2022, Paula has led wine development from sourcing and blending trials through ageing and final bottling approval. She combines local knowledge with French-led quality control to protect the approved profile, consistency and commercial relevance of every cuvée.
