Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026

FSP Chile respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal data responsibly. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by FSP Chile SpA, based in Curicó, Chile, and part of French Spirit Group. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, FSP Chile is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

2. Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we may collect your name, company, country, email address, telephone number, type of enquiry, project information and any other details you choose to provide. We may also collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referral page and website activity, together with essential cookie data and correspondence relating to your enquiry.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, assess and manage B2B wine projects, prepare proposals, maintain business relationships, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, improve our services, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the circumstances, we process personal data with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests in developing and protecting our business and responding to professional enquiries.

5. Sharing and international transfers

Personal data may be shared, only when necessary, with relevant companies within French Spirit Group and with trusted providers that support website hosting, communications, security, analytics or professional services. Some recipients may be located in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or organisational safeguards for international transfers.

6. Data retention

We retain enquiry and business-contact information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. In general, non-contractual enquiries are reviewed for deletion after three years without further contact. Longer periods may apply when required for an active commercial relationship, legal claims, accounting, compliance or security.

7. Cookies and external services

We use Complianz to manage cookie and service preferences. Essential storage supports website security, core functionality and remembering your consent choices. These necessary functions remain active.

Optional external services. Google Maps may connect to Google and process technical information, such as your IP address, when it loads. This service is subject to the External services choice in our consent panel. Rejecting it may mean that embedded maps are unavailable.

Locally hosted fonts. Montserrat and Playfair Display are served from the FSP Chile website rather than from Google’s font servers. They remain available whether you accept or reject optional services.

Your choice. Select Accept all to enable optional services, Reject optional to keep only essential functions, or Preferences to choose and save your settings. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences tab shown on the website. Withdrawing consent applies to future use; you can also remove previously stored cookies through your browser settings.

We do not currently configure an audience-analytics service through our consent manager. If this changes, the consent options and this information will be reviewed. For questions about cookies or privacy, please use our contact form.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority in your place of residence or work.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-party links

This website may contain links to websites operated by French Spirit Group companies or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them before providing personal data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, website or legal obligations. The current version and its revision date will always be published on this page.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, please use our Contact form. This helps us route and document your request securely.
